BG Villas was created organically when Bruno Guélaff and Khalid Kaluti's professional paths crossed in Dubai, UAE some years ago. Both Bruno and Khalid quickly realized after being each other’s clients that combining their award-winning specialties could lead to something quite unique.

The mission was to create a transparent and honest Design + Build construction company that could offer not only the highest quality construction services for residential villas including pools and landscaping but also award-winning design services providing its clients an unparalleled experience as well as end product.

A true full turnkey system designed in-house covering all aspects of a singular residential project from architecture, interior design, pools & landscaping, lighting, as well as furnishings. BG Villas is the culmination of over 35 years of combined experience of the partners in turn offering a true one of a kind service and experience.

A wealth of design and construction experience with overlapping professional paths led Bruno Guélaff & Khalid Kaluti to co-create a unique turnkey Design + Build company using two simple common letters:

French New Yorker and head designer for some years at a prominent New York firm after being awarded the first BFA travel prize touring the globe, his journey led him back to Dubai in 2008 where he continued to develop his craft at the award-winning Studio Bruno Guelaff.
The design studio has won numerous awards for all design disciplines ranging from residential and landscape projects to commercial and hospitality projects. Bruno Guélaff has been featured in the top designers of the region year after year.
With over 15 years of professional design experience, Bruno Guélaff’s next adventure led him to partner with Khalid Kaluti in creating the dynamic enterprise BG Villas.
Better Gardens
Owner: Khalid Kaluti

Being an entrepreneur for over 25 years, Khalid successfully owned and operated businesses ranging from upscale restaurants in Washington DC, to retail and contracting in Dubai.
In 2005 he founded Better Gardens for pools & landscaping. Soon it won numerous awards and quickly became the leading company in its field. Over the years Better Gardens successfully completed hundreds of landscaping projects and naturally expanded into implementing interiors and kitchens.
With such a range of construction and leadership experience, his next venture BG Villas in partnership with Bruno Guélaff is surely impacting the UAE Design + Build scene.
